United Nations House, Senegal

Born out of a public-private partnership between the State of Senegal and the company Envol Partenariats Senegal, the project to build the United Nations House has a total cost of 102 billion FCFA.

The partnership agreement relates to the assumption by Envol Partenariats Senegal of the design, financing and implementation of the project. The construction of the United Nations House will be done in partnership with the company WIETC, having built the airports of Lomé and Brazzaville, the Ministerial City of Kinshasa, the Ministerial Sphere of Diamniadio with in particular the company Envol Immobilier.
