University of Kara – Togo

This project is based on a Public-Private Partnership signed in 2022 between the Togolese State and Envol Partenariats Togo, covering the financing, construction, equipment, and maintenance of the campus. Envol mobilised the entirety of the funding, made possible thanks to Coris Bank International, the Group's strategic financial partner present in fourteen African countries. "Coris Bank International supports us on several projects in various countries. It is an African bank that finances African projects. This is exactly the model that Africa needs." – Madani Maki TALL, Chairman of the Board, Envol Immobilier Group.

Phase 1 represents 18,600 m² of floor space divided into five infrastructures: the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Higher Institute of Agricultural Trades, the Polytechnic and Innovation Institute, the University Presidency, and the "Apatam Moderne" university restaurant. The campus will accommodate 6,000 students from this first phase. Between 1,600 and 1,800 people worked on the construction site, and approximately 100 permanent jobs will be generated during the operational phase. This campus is only the first step. By 2040, the final University of Kara campus will span 250,000 m² and host 30,000 students, featuring 9 faculties, a university teaching hospital, a central library, and student residences. "The State placed its trust in us. We have delivered. This campus is much more than an academic infrastructure: it is a sustainable investment for the youth and for the economy of the entire Kara region." – Madani Maki TALL, Chairman of the Board, Envol Immobilier Group.
