The archbishop of Dakar Monsignor Benjamin NDIAYE went this Friday November 08 to the Ousmane Tanor DIENG Ministerial Sphere in Diamniadio, to visit the Ministerial Sphere and the St Charbel Makhlouf Chapel. He celebrated a mass.
